Job description
  • Managing all disciplinary issues by investigating the alleged misconduct, preparing a show cause letter, and charge letter, conduct Domestic Inquiry and recommending the appropriate action to close the case.
  • Provides support to management personnel regarding policies, procedures, and employee relations problems.
  • Ensuring legal and policy compliance for all issues pertaining to employee and labour relations.
  • Supporting the development, interpretation, and application of company policies, and procedures, labour relations, contract administration, grievance handling, employee counselling, and discipline.
  • Responsible for timely submission of all IR/ER-related reports
  • To create a harmonious working environment by mediating labour disputes and grievances between employees and the management.
  • Implement and promote activities and programs including company event that enhance overall employee engagement, communication, and relations.
  • Involve in National Union Matter such as Collective Agreement negotiation and others.
  • Provide personnel policy and procedure guidance to employees and management.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal and state employment law and compliance requirements.
  • Process complaints regarding sexual harassment, discrimination, or other instances of workplace harassment and assist in any necessary investigations and disciplinary actions.
