Qualifications

  • At least 1 year’s experience in recruitment and HR.
  • At least 1 year’s experience in payroll; familiar with Iflexi system is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Malaysian labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin.

Bhd., is part of a global group headquartered in China, specializes in the design and manufacture of automotive seating motors for leading car manufacturers worldwide. We are seeking a proactive HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR administration, employee lifecycle processes, and training & KPI initiatives.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • HR Administration & Recruitment – Mainly focus on recruitment activities, including resume screening, interview scheduling, and applicant tracking. Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring smooth documentation and compliance.
  • Employee Records & Compliance – Maintain accurate personnel files, stay updated on labor laws, and ensure HR practices comply with regulations and company policies.
  • Communication & Employee Relations – Handle employee communications and support HR matters, including announcements, inquiries, and basic employee relations issues.
  • Payroll Function – Handle payroll tasks, including checking attendance, preparing payroll data, and coordinating with finance to ensure timely and accurate salary payments.
Requirements Must-have
  • At least 1 year’s experience in recruitment and HR.
  • At least 1 year’s experience in payroll; familiar with Iflexi system is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Malaysian labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking colleagues and stakeholders).
