Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee matters and conduct regular check-ins.
  • Plan monthly employee engagement, team building and culture-binding activities.
  • Coordinate internships and recruitment interview scheduling.
  • Handle monthly payroll outputs, attendance, leave tracking and HR documentation.
  • Manage onboarding/offboarding processes and maintain employee records.
  • Track KPIs with supervisors and prepare performance reports.
  • Assist with disciplinary issues and ensure compliance with labour laws.

Assisting with disciplinary issues, warning letters and labour law compliance

Supporting HR policy updates, training and other ad hoc tasks as required

Requirements

Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or equivalent qualifications

Minimum 1-3 years of experiences as a Human Resources executive or related fields

Must be fluent in Mandarin for purposes of daily communication

Strong interpersonal skills

Organised, proactive and able to work independently

Knowledge of Malaysian labour law is an advantage
