As part of our expansion, we are seeking a dedicated and passionate Human Resources Executive to join our team.
What You’ll Do
- Managing the end‑to‑end recruitment process from job postings, shortlisting, and interviewing to onboarding new hires.
- Maintaining and updating employee records, HRIS system, and personnel files accurately.
- Supporting employee engagement initiatives, training and development programmes, and performance management.
- Support the coordination of annual KPIs and performance appraisal exercises.
- Assisting in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and the company handbook.
- Assisting in managing employee relations, including handling grievances, disciplinary issues, and providing guidance when necessary.
- Handling foreign worker management, including renewals, work permits, visa applications, and FOMEMA medical check‑ups.
- Liaising with government bodies such as JTK, Immigration Department, EPF, SOCSO, and other relevant authorities to ensure compliance with labour regulations and company obligations.
- Preparing HR reports for management and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Acting as a key HR point of contact for employees and management.
- Providing personal assistant (PA) support to the Director, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing documents, and handling confidential matters.
Who We’re Looking For
- Degree/Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of hands‑on HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships.
- Mentally resilient, able to work under pressure, and able to handle sensitive or challenging situations professionally.
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
- Knowledge of Infotech HRMS will be an added advantage.
