We’re looking for an HR Executive who can manage the end-to-end recruitment process and help us build a strong workforce. If you have 2–3 years of experience in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and love working in a dynamic environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Location: Petaling Jaya (On-Site)
Department: Human Resources

What You’ll Do:
  • Handle the full recruitment cycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.

  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and craft accurate job descriptions.

  • Use multiple sourcing channels (job portals, social media, referrals, networking) to attract top talent.

  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to shortlist candidates.

  • Coordinate interviews and provide timely feedback to candidates.

  • Prepare offer letters and employment contracts, and ensure smooth onboarding.

  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and generate reports for compliance and analysis.

  • Support employer branding initiatives and ensure a positive candidate experience.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 2–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations.

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and HR best practices.

  • Familiarity with HR systems.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience in high-volume recruitment or specialized hiring.

  • Exposure to employer branding and social media recruitment.
