Qualifications

Responsibilities
  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to seniors.
  • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
  • Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
  • Assist in resume search and hiring process
Qualifications
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Human resources or equivalent.
  • 2-3 years working experience in the related field
  • Proficient in spoken & written in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin‑speaking clients.
  • Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft office, particularly Excel, word and Powerpoint
  • Must be a mature, people oriented and results driven
  • Able to multitasking
