A leading HR and training provider in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a dedicated HR coordinator to manage training programs and support HR administration. Responsibilities include liaising with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining training records, and organizing employee engagement activities. The ideal candidate should possess a degree in Human Resources or related fields, good communication skills, and experience in HR is a plus. Fresh graduates are welcomed, and proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
Coordinate and administer training programs, including induction and compliance-related training.
Maintain and update training records, reports, and documentation.
Organise and support employee engagement activities and internal events.
Assist in onboarding activities and employee communications.
Liaise with internal stakeholders, site teams, and external training providers.
Support general HR administration, reporting, and HR initiatives.
