Job summary

A leading HR and training provider in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a dedicated HR coordinator to manage training programs and support HR administration. Responsibilities include liaising with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining training records, and organizing employee engagement activities. The ideal candidate should possess a degree in Human Resources or related fields, good communication skills, and experience in HR is a plus. Fresh graduates are welcomed, and proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of HR, training, or engagement experience is an advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome; training or internship exposure will be an added advantage.
  • Comfortable working with site teams in a construction environment.
