Job summary

A logistics company in Kajang, Selangor is seeking an HR Executive to manage all HR-related matters, including payroll, foreign worker documentation, and compliance with Malaysian labor laws. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in HR within a corporate or manufacturing environment. Proficiency with HR software and MS Office, along with strong problem-solving and communication skills, is required. This position requires a detail-oriented and organized individual who can handle confidential information discretionarily.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a corporate or manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
  • Experience managing HR for multiple companies or entities is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • In-charge of company payroll system.
  • Manage foreign workers' matters (immigration & documentation).
  • Renew foreign workers' work permits.
  • Prepare monthly contributions and government reports.

Jemco Warehouse Solutions Sdn Bhd – Balakong, Selangor

This position is accountable for the HR related matters at Jemco. The HR Executive is responsible for ensuring that the Human Resource related data is fully implemented in an organized and efficient manner. This position is to work closely with HR Assistant Manager.

Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of HR Executive are as follows:

  • In-charge for company payroll system.
  • In-charge for foreign workers matters (immigration & documentation)
  • In-charge for foreign workers work permit renewal
  • Monthly contribution and Government report (EPF/ SOCSO/ PCB/ EA/ E)
  • Monitor staff annual leave and medical leave
  • Prepare HR documents and letters
  • In-charge and arrange company staff hostel
  • Assist HR documents and letters
  • Assist in monthly time card calculation
  • Control all staff uniform and safety shoes
  • Assist for arrange company staff hostel
  • Assist any HR adhoc duty
Job Requirements
  • Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a corporate or manufacturing environment
  • Good understanding of HR functions: Payroll, onboarding, foreign worker management and etc.
  • Knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR compliance requirements
  • Proficient in HR software and MS Office {Excel (Pivot Table), Word, PowerPoint}
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Flexible and adaptable to handle multiple HR tasks and priorities
  • Experience managing HR for multiple companies or entities is highly preferred
