Job description
Our client established in Malaysia, specializes in the assembly and production of photoelectric products. Their primary offerings include laser diode modules, red dot sights, laser measuring and positioning devices, and laser aiming devices. Additionally, the company manufactures core components for laser instruments and tools, such as optical lenses, PCB boards, and precision-machined parts.

Job Description:

  • Assist in Implementing and managing HR policies and procedures
  • Managing recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks, on-boarding processing, orientation / induction and exit interview process
  • Assist HR Manager in managing employee benefits and compensation packages.
  • Review and improve the existing training policies, procedures and forms from time to time.
  • To ensure all training policies and procedures are executed effectively.
  • Take the ownership for internal and external audits in HR team.
  • Maintain Company training records per ISO 9001 & 14001 requirements.
  • Organize survey for annual training needs and assessment of the training needs, release the approved yearly training plan, updating and implementing the yearly plan.
  • Arrange and liaise with external trainer for training
  • Responsible for maintaining industrial harmony among all level of employees
  • Responsible for handle Employees Relation (ER) & Industrial Relations (IR)
  • Responsible for any misconduct issue & all disciplinary matters relating to all employees of the Company.
  • Recommends changes to ensure HR policies and procedures are competitive and in line with organization needs.
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Assist Preparing and presenting HR-related reports to management
  • Any Ad-Hoc task from Management.

Job Requirements:

  • 5 years and above relevant experience in HR / Payroll Processing in manufacturing environment
  • Certificate Degree in HRM/ HRD / Business Admin or any related discipline
  • Familiarity with HR-related laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysiaand interpersonal skills.
