Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will be the go-to person for a wide range of HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. You will play a key role in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions.

Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and sourcing to screening, interviewing, and offering.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures. Address employee concerns in a timely and empathetic manner, providing guidance and conflict resolution when necessary. Assist in developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and team-building activities.
  • HR Administration & Compliance: Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with high accuracy. Prepare HR-related documents. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Process payroll inputs and coordinate with the finance department. Identify training needs within the organization. Track employee training participation and effectiveness.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of proven experience as an HR Executive, HR Generalist, or in a similar HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices, including employment law.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion, tact, and confidentiality.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
