Job summary

A leading technology group in Shah Alam is seeking an HR Data Analyst to provide global support in HR reporting and data maintenance. The candidate will design and execute global HR reports, develop KPIs, and support training for SAP SuccessFactors. Ideal applicants will hold a relevant Bachelor's degree and have 2 to 5 years of experience in analysis, with strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Your role in our team:

We are looking for an HR Data Analyst as part of our Global HR Organization. You will be responsible for providing global support for group-wide reporting, HR IT, and data maintenance activities for regions such as APAC and EMEA. Further, you will assist with data demands from various functions such as HR, IT, Finance, and Legal, and serve as the interface between these functions.

• HR Reporting:Design, execute, and maintain global HR reports and analyses, ensuring data quality and compliance
• KPI Creation:Develop and enhance international HR Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Collaboration:Communicate with global and local HR, Finance, IT, and Legal functions
• Support & Training:Provide 1st level support and training for SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNOW
• Data Maintenance:Create and maintain data in our HR IT systems

Your profile:

• Academic background:Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Business Administration, Management, Economics, and other related study fields with excellent results
• System Expertise:You are about 2 to 5 years’ experience in analysis, reporting and IT helpdesk support; experience with SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow would be advantageous
• Collaboration:You are team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Language skills:In addition to excellent verbal and written communication skills in English /Bahasa Malaysia, you speak tech fluently, allowing you to bridge IT and other functions.
• Take ownership:You have a high sense of responsibility, ownership, and commitment, especially towards your projects
