Job summary

A healthcare organization in Selangor is seeking an experienced HR professional to oversee payroll administration, manage employee records, and provide HR support. The ideal candidate should have a diploma in Human Resources and 3-4 years of relevant experience. Familiarity with TIMES HR & Payroll Module and strong communication skills are required. This role is pivotal in ensuring compliance with HR policies and supporting various HR functions within the organization.

Qualifications

  • At least 3-4 years of experience in HR and Payroll function.
  • Must possess good communication skills and proficiency in English.
  • Ability to provide HR advice and support to branches.

Responsibilities

  • Update and maintain staff details in the System & Personal File.
  • Organize Induction Training on Company Policies & Procedures for new recruits.
  • Prepare correspondences related to staff confirmations, terminations, and renewals.
  • Oversee promotions, salary increases, and employee transfers.
  • Assist in HR functions like interview scheduling and performance appraisals.
  • Manage employee records and handle payroll accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

Pathology & Clinical Laboratory (M) Sdn. Bhd. – Petaling

Responsibilities
  • Update and maintain staff details in System & Personal File.
  • Organize Induction Training on Company's Policies & Procedures for new recruits.
  • Prepare all correspondences in relation to staff confirmation / extension of probation / termination / resignation / contract renewal.
  • Ensure that each individual has an up-to-date and complete Personal File, held centrally in the HR department.
  • Oversee the transfer, confirmation, promotion, salary increase of employees.
  • Assist in carrying out Human Resource functions including interview scheduling, training & development, performance appraisals, disciplinary issues, and employee relations activities.
  • Update and maintain employee records.
  • Update and report to insurance company on new employees.
  • Make insurance claims and monitor insurance renewal policies.
  • Monitor & update Employees Handbook.
  • Prepare Job description for newly created job.
  • Produce any ad-hoc reports required by the Management from time to time.
  • Be responsible for all employees' Medical Benefits & ensure that all staff are covered at all times.
  • Update and maintain the leave management system and related reports.
  • Prepare E-reporting every month for submission to Accounts.
  • Liaise with external trainers for HRDC claims.
  • Payroll Administration: ensure accuracy of all payroll related transactions.
  • Ensure statutory requirements are adhered to at all times.
  • Handle full set of payroll and benefits processing such as undertaking payroll calculation, performing reconciliation and others.
  • Liaise with the relevant Statutory Bodies, e.g. EPF , EIS, SOCSO, Income Tax & HRDF.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • 3-4 years experience in HR and Payroll function.
  • Preferably familiar with TIMES HR & Payroll Module.
  • Possess good communication skill. Proficiency in English.
  • Must be able to work as a team and provide HR advise and support to branches.
