Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Malaysia is seeking a temporary administrative support candidate to assist with document scanning, filing, and general office tasks. This role requires basic computer skills and good organizational abilities. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and attention to detail, ensuring a smooth and organized office operation. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, for a fixed contract of 6 months.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in admin or clerical work preferred but not required.
  • Ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare physical documents for scanning.
  • Ensure scanned files are correctly named and saved.
  • Conduct quality checks for clarity in scans.
  • Assist with data entry into spreadsheets or databases.
  • Maintain office filing systems (physical and digital).

Skills

Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)

Working Days/Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Contract: 6 Months, Fix Contract (not renewable) - Under PERSOL

Summary: Our clients is seeking for a candidate to provide temporary support with document scanning, filing, and general administrative tasks to ensure smooth and organized office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Document Scanning & Records Management

Prepare physical documents (employee personal files) for scanning.

Ensure scanned files are correctly named and saved in appropriate folders.

Conduct quality checks to ensure clear and complete scans.

Organize and file physical copies (if required) following scanning.

Track progress and maintain a log of scanned documents and prepare status report every two weeks.

2. General Administrative Support

Assist with data entry into spreadsheets, trackers, or databases.

Support basic photocopying, printing, and document collation.

Maintain office filing systems (physical and digital).

Assist in preparing HR reports or updating internal documents.

Key Requirements:

Education: Minimum SPM / High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience: Prior experience in admin or clerical work preferred but not required.

Skills:

Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to use office equipment (scanner, copier, printer).

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and follow instructions.

Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.
