Job summary

A local company in Malaysia is seeking an HR assistant to manage recruitment processes, payroll, and employee engagement plans. The ideal candidate should demonstrate excellent multitasking and communication skills and have experience with office management software like Microsoft 365 Business. Knowledge in using Employment Hero HRMS is a plus. This position offers a hybrid working environment with specified office and home working hours.

Responsibility
  • Assist in handling recruitment process such as posting advertisement, phone screening for shortlisting, arranging interview, employment letters and etc aligned with local regulations, Company policies and procedures
  • Assist in processing payroll
  • Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures followed by managers and staff to ensure a safe, secure and legal work environment.
  • Ensuring that commission report preparation and payment made appropriately.
  • Assist in training arrangement with related department/parties by planning and evaluating department activities.
  • Assist HR manager with day-to-day efficient operation of the Human Resources and in handling disciplinary issues, grievances, domestic inquiry and dispute mediation in compliance of company policies and government regulations when necessary.
  • Actively involved in employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval and initiating activities
  • Adheres to and follow company policies and procedures.
