A leading rubber manufacturing company located in Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia seeks a dedicated individual to manage payroll and general administration responsibilities. You will oversee attendance, allowances, and deductions while handling monthly payroll processes. Additionally, you will manage onboarding, offboarding, and support recruitment initiatives. This position requires excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, offering engagement in various employee lifecycle activities and office administration tasks.
Manage attendance, overtime verification, allowance and deductions
Handle monthly payroll activities including salary computation, payslip, and filing
Process internship and contract worker allowances, including attendance verification and payment preparation
Prepare and submit statutory payments (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDF) accurately and on time
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes including orientation, documentation, confirmation, resignation updates, and exit coordination
Administer staff claims, medical records, uniforms, and employee benefits
Support recruitment, internship coordination, and basic employee lifecycle administration
Handle general office administration such as pantry supplies, waste disposal, courier arrangements, transport/petrol card records, and office stationery
Coordinate in-house and external training.
