HR & Admin Officer

We are looking for a proactive and responsible HR & Admin Officer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to support both HR functions and office administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee records maintenance
  • Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, confirmation letters, and HR reports
  • Manage attendance, leave records, and assist with monthly payroll preparation
  • Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with Malaysia labour laws
Administration
  • Oversee daily office administrative tasks and general office operations
  • Handle correspondence, filing, documentation, and data entry
  • Coordinate office supplies, maintenance, and vendor management
  • Assist in arranging meetings, travel arrangements, and company events
  • Support management with ad hoc tasks as required
Requirements
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • 1–3 years of relevant working experience (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
  • Good knowledge of Malaysian labour law and HR practices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle confidential information
