Responsibilities
  • Assist in recruitment activities such as interview arrangements
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes in Subang Jaya office such as new staff orientation, thumbprint registration, seating arrangement
  • Assist in processing staff claims, attendance tracking and HR matter in Subang Jaya office
  • Support HR events such as training, staff activities, meeting arrangements, festive celebration
  • Support employee engagement, performance management, disciplinary issue, and professional development programs
  • Assist in office administration in Subang Jaya office such as stationery, office supplies, courier, utilities, and general documentation
  • Handle petty cash for all administrative expenditures in Subang Jaya office
  • Assist with procurement and vendor coordination for office items
  • Manage office maintenance requests and liaise with service providers
  • Handle travel arrangements to local and overseas trips (flight, hotels, transport bookings)
  • Assist in overseas new business/office set up, expansion, recruitment and regional subsidiaries HR matters such as India and UAE
  • To undertake any ad-hoc tasks/ projects pertaining to HR and administrative duties as and when required.
Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma in HR or Business Administration or equivalent from recognized institution.
  • At least 2 years in HR/Administration roles.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Internet savvy.
  • Responsible, motivated, and able to work independently as well as a team.
