A global financial technology company is seeking an HR & Administration Supervisor in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This role involves leading recruitment efforts, implementing HR policies compliant with Malaysian laws, and managing employee relations and office operations. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and over 3 years of HR experience, preferably in the MNC environment. The HR & Administration Supervisor will lead recruitment, HR policy implementation, employee relations, and office administration for the Malaysia entity. This role partners closely with headquarters to ensure compliant, efficient, and people‑centric operations, supporting business growth through effective workforce planning, strong local governance, and seamless cross‑functional coordination.
Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for local and expatriate hires in Malaysia; develop and execute hiring plans; build and optimize recruitment channels and processes. Coordinate closely with headquarters to ensure timely fulfillment of key positions.
Localize and implement group HR policies in compliance with Malaysian labor laws; proactively identify and mitigate employment risks. Monitor regulatory changes and recommend compliance enhancements.
Oversee employee relations and design benefits programs to enhance engagement and satisfaction. Organize employee activities and support culture‑building initiatives to strengthen team cohesion.
Manage day‑to‑day administrative operations of the Malaysia office. Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration between headquarters and the Malaysia entity; monitor budgets and optimize administrative cost controls.
Bachelor’s degree or above, with 3+ years of experience in HR and administration; MNC or overseas entity experience preferred.
Strong recruitment expertise; solid knowledge of Malaysian labor law and business environment; local hiring resources are a plus.
Fluent in English and Mandarin;
Strong cross‑cultural adaptability, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
