Job description
  • Collaborate with the Senior Manager to implement corporate policies related to human resources, organizational development, and employee growth.
  • Ensure alignment with Topcon Headquarters (THQ) policies and HR directives.
  • Compensation & Benefits Management: Support the development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of the company’s compensation and benefits functions. Monitor and report on HR practices concerning welfare programs, bonus structures, and sales incentive schemes to Senior HR Manager.
  • HR System Management: Support and offer solutions related to the Workday & iAdmin HR systems.
  • Talent Acquisition and Headcount Management: Monitor the status of talent acquisition within the companies, providing feedback and reports to Senior Manager.
  • Performance and Pay Review Process: Work with Senior Manager to organize and manage the annual pay review and performance review processes. Ensure timely submission of performance rating collection.
  • HR Strategy & Local Practices: Develop and implement localized HR strategies and best practices for each entity. Assist in the creation of employee training programs and continuously improve HR processes to enhance organizational efficiency.
  • Employee Development and Training: Together with the Senior Manager, establish and review employee training and development programs that promote skill enhancement and career growth within the company.
  • Change Management: Work closely with Senior Manager and stakeholders to support and drive organizational change, ensuring smooth transitions and effective adaptation to new policies, processes, or structures.
  • Office Administration & Operations: Manage the day‑to‑day administrative operations of the office, including vendor contracts, purchasing, and ensure smooth office management to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources Management
  • Communication: Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Leadership: Ability to lead and support HR team
  • Analytical: Skilled in monitoring HR data and identifying trends to improve HR functions.
