Job summary

A leading HR consultancy seeks an experienced HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and HR operations. The ideal candidate will possess a Degree/Diploma in HR Management and at least three years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include preparing HR documents, maintaining employee information, and supporting various HR functions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Applications. The role is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of working experience in a related field.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Well-versed in Malaysia Employment Act 1955 and Labour Act is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities.
• Preparation of HR correspondences and maintaining employee records.
• Manage HR operations and maintain staff leave information.
• Assist in other HR functions such as training and performance appraisal.
