HR & Admin Executive (Fresh Graduates Welcome)

We are looking for a responsible and proactive HR & Admin Executive to support our daily administrative and human resource operations. This role is suitable for fresh graduates who are willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle maintenance coordination for HQ, factory, and company outlets (liaise with contractors, follow up repairs, etc.)
  • Assist HR team in staff onboarding (documentation, orientation preparation, staff coordination)
  • Manage and monitor office supplies (e.g. tissue, snacks, soap, stationery, etc.)
  • Perform data entry and maintain proper filing of documents
  • Assist in basic bookkeeping and administrative records
  • Support daily administrative tasks and handle ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
  1. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
