Administrative Management
Develop, implement, and maintain factory management policies and related documentation.
Coordinate and maintain certifications for factory systems (e.g., ISO, safety standards).
Organize factory-wide events and activities to enhance employee engagement.
Manage factory assets, including facilities and equipment.
Coordinate customer visits and oversee the management of official company stamps and vehicles.
Handle other day-to-day administrative matters related to factory operations.
General Affairs
Oversee the management of canteen and dormitory facilities.
Handle monthly utility payments and strive for cost optimization (e.g., SAJ Ranhill water supply, TNB electricity).
Monitor and control factory operating expenses to ensure budget efficiency.
External Liaison
Maintain strong working relationships with local government authorities.
Coordinate and prepare for government‑led on‑site inspections, including safety, fire protection, and environmental audits.
Manage crisis communications and public relations matters during emergencies.
Handle all factory‑related certifications, renewals, and regulatory updates.
Requirements
Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or higher qualification.
The candidate should have 35 years of experience in both HR and administrative functions.
Willingness to travel to Johor Bahru (JB) regularly is required.
Proficiency in both Mandarin and English is preferred.
