A dynamic construction company in Selangor is seeking an HR & Admin Executive to support their HR and administrative functions. You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and performance management while contributing to policy development and employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of HR experience or is a fresh graduate with a strong work ethic. This full-time role offers a chance to make a significant impact within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in the energy or consulting industry.
  • Fresh graduates with exceptional working attitude will be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment and employee onboarding.

Join the dynamic HR team as an HR & Admin Executive. This full-time position is based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, and will play a crucial role in supporting the company's human resources and administrative functions.

Job Description
  • Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll administration, performance management, and employee relations
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and alignment with the company's strategic goals
  • Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and effective manner
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address HR-related challenges, proposing solutions to enhance employee engagement and productivity
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of company-wide events, training programs, and employee wellness initiatives
Claims and Admin
  • Provides administrative support in the HR department.
  • Responsible for staff claims and HQ staff attendance records.
  • Check overtime claims, and attendance records in order to update on any absenteeism, unpaid leave, absconding, resignation, and new staff.
  • Handles Company rewards & benefits.
  • Other ad hoc human resources and administration tasks may be added from time to time.
