Job summary

A leading HR services provider in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an HR professional to manage payroll, recruitment, and employee relations. The ideal candidate should have a diploma or degree in Human Resource Management or related fields and 2-3 years of HR experience. Familiarity with Malaysia Labour Law is preferred. This role includes preparing HR letters and coordinating training programs, providing valuable support in a dynamic workplace.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR and/or administrative roles.
  • Familiar with Malaysia Labour Law and HR practices.
  • Experience in office administrative documentation and maintenance will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities
  • Manage HR functions which include payroll, recruitment, employee relation matters and provide other HR related support.
  • Responsible on monthly statutory submissions contributions (LHDN, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF).
  • Maintain and update employee personal files, time attendance and leave records.
  • Prepare HR related letters such as employment, confirmation, disciplinary letters.
  • Coordinate on staff training & learning development and to perform HRD grant applications and claims.
  • Provide administrative support for general office functions.
  • Perform any ad-hoc HR & Admin tasks as and when required.
Qualifications
  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR and/or administrative roles.
  • Familiar with Malaysia Labour Law and HR practices.
  • Experience in office administrative documentation and maintenance will be added advantage
  • Mature, multi-tasking and possess a good working attitude.
