Job description

We are seeking a talented HR & Admin Executive to join our team at Maxenwave Technology (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. This full-time role will be based in Melaka, Malaysia, and will play a key part in supporting our growing business. As the HR & Admin Executive, you will be responsible for a range of HR and administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of our operations.

What you'll be doing
  • Handling all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
  • Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations
  • Coordinating training and development programmes for employees
  • Managing office operations, including procurement, inventory control, and facilities management
  • Providing administrative support to the management team as required
  • Assisting with the implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Keep track of suppliers’ delivery order/invoice and verify with POs issued
  • Keep track of customers’ delivery order or incoming goods
  • Basic ISO documents control such as Work Instructions, Process Flow Controls, Training Records etc
What we're looking for
  • Diploma or above
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar HR and administrative role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Chinese.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in the use of office software, such as Autocount systems, and Microsoft Office
  • A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently
