Job Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.

Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

Review, update, and ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.

Prepare HR documentation: appointment letters, confirmations, disciplinary letters, etc.

Handle employee relations and support disciplinary and termination procedures in accordance with labour regulations.

Manage office administration: inventory, supplies, and maintenance coordination.

Organize and coordinate company events: birthdays, annual dinners, team-building, etc.

Monitor and support employee performance tracking and development plans. (motivation purposes)

Carry out any ad hoc duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in HR and administration functions.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with HR management systems.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.

Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and proactive attitude.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Malay. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.

Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
