Job summary

A dynamic HR company in Malaysia is seeking an HR professional. Responsibilities include assisting with recruitment, payroll, and implementing HR strategies. Responsibilities
  • Assist with full spectrum HR functions including recruitment, payroll administration, training & development, and compensation & benefits.
  • Implement and coordinate HR strategies and initiatives in line with the Organization’s policy.
  • liaise with government statutory bodies for legal and administration requirements.
  • handle disciplinary issues, complaints, and grievances in accordance with Company policies and rules.
  • manage HR Department filing and ensure documentation is in place as per authority and company requirements.
  • manage staff health benefits.
  • coordinate or lead company events or activities such as Annual Dinner, Trip & etc.
  • perform any other tasks as and when assigned by Management or direct superior.
Qualifications / Requirements
  • Possesses Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Management / Administration Management or any equivalent qualifications.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in HR department.
  • Well conversed in spoken and written Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin‑speaking clients is required.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Positive attitude and ability to perform under pressure.
