Qualifications

• Ability to monitor staff and handle misconduct issues.
• Experience in preparing reports related to staff behavior.
• Familiarity with handling leave records and foreign worker issues.

Responsibilities

• Make patrols around the factory area according to the schedule provided.
• Prepare Daily Patrol Report if there are any issues.
• Monitor staff/workers at their workstations when required.
• Monitor CCTV when necessary.
• Report misconduct to superiors as required.
• Assist in handling investigation cases and Domestic Inquiry.
