The Company seeking a dynamic and organised HR & Admin Assistant to join our growing team in Johor Bahru. In this full-time position, you will play a key role in supporting the HR and administrative functions of our company. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the HR and administrative departments.

What you'll be doing

Providing administrative support to the HR team, including managing employee records, coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes, and assisting with payroll and benefits administration

Handling general office administration tasks such as answering phone calls, managing correspondence, and maintaining filing systems

Assisting with the planning and coordination of company events and team-building activities

Supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures

Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to the development of HR systems and practices

Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with employees and external stakeholders

What we're looking for

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar HR or administrative role

Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels

Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges

Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
