A growing engineering firm in Penang is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Assistant. The role involves assisting with recruitment, maintaining employee records, supporting payroll processing, and managing office supplies. Candidates should have at least a minimum SPM/Diploma in HR or related fields, with strong skills in MS Office and good communication abilities. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Working hours are Monday to Friday, and alternate Saturdays.
