A leading refrigeration firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a full-time HR & Admin professional to manage human resources policies and personnel management. Responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, organizing employee training, and maintaining employee records. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field, at least two years of experience, and proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa. A positive work attitude and strong communication skills are essential for this role.
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR & Admin professional. The HR & Admin professional will be responsible for managing human resources policies, personnel management, and employee benefits. Day-to-day tasks may also include recruitment, onboarding, organizing employee training and maintaining employee files.
