Job summary

A leading refrigeration firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a full-time HR & Admin professional to manage human resources policies and personnel management. Responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, organizing employee training, and maintaining employee records. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field, at least two years of experience, and proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa. A positive work attitude and strong communication skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years working experience in related field.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office i.e., Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Must be organized, self-motivated, and a good team player.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day operation for the HR & Administration function.
  • Prepare payroll by checking, compiling, and updating employee records.
  • Liaise with shipping agents and prepare documents.
  • Coordinate and manage the Director's schedule.

Job description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR & Admin professional. The HR & Admin professional will be responsible for managing human resources policies, personnel management, and employee benefits. Day-to-day tasks may also include recruitment, onboarding, organizing employee training and maintaining employee files.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with day-to-day operation for the HR & Administration function and duties.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by checking, compile and update of employee record and attendance.
  • Liaise with shipping agent and prepare documents.
  • Liaise with government authorities such as immigration and Labor Office.
  • Assist in fill in price for customer's M&R
  • Assist in distribute correspondence such as memos, letters and forms.
  • Responsible to order and record office stationery.
  • Responsible to office machines such as photocopiers and computers.
  • Coordinate and manage the Director's schedule
Qualifications
  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 2 years working experience in related field.
  • Have excellent written and verbal in English, Mandarin and Bahasa communication skills (Extra language – Cantonese is a plus).
  • Possess good skills in communication.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office i.e Excel, Word, Power Point
  • Possess positive work attitude, result driven, independent, must be well organized & self-motivated and a good team player.
