The ideal candidate will have experience in coaching staff and handling guest requests. This role is crucial for maintaining high service levels and organizing work schedules effectively.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide floor team leaders and room attendants in daily tasks.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and maintenance.
• Assist in organizing work schedules and staff deployment.
• Support implementation of housekeeping standards and SOPs.
• Provide training and coaching to housekeeping staff.
• Handle guest requests and special room arrangements.
• Assist in inventory control of linens and cleaning supplies.
• Prepare daily inspection reports and housekeeping records.
• Handle staff attendance.
• Coordinate with outsource companies on foreign matters.
• Follow up with Engineering Team on defect rectification.
• Coordinate with Front Office Team on VIP room assignments.
