Qualifications

• Diploma in Hospitality Management with 3 years experience inclusive of 1 year experience as Housekeeping / Room Division Supervisor.
• Certificate in Hospitality Management with 4 years experience inclusive of 2 years as Housekeeping / Room Division Supervisor.
• SPM holder with 6 years experience inclusive of 2 years experience as Housekeeping / Room Division Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations for efficient and clean turnover of rooms.
• Ensure zero complaints on cleanliness and defects.
• Present reports and analysis.

Skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Strong leadership skills

Good working knowledge of computer software applications

Education

Diploma in Hospitality Management
