Requirements for this role:
  • Flexible hours available
  • 1 year of relevant work experience required for this role
  • Expected salary: RM2,000 - RM3,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and monitor the performance of housekeeping staff/vendors to ensure high standard of cleanliness in the mall and areas surrounding the mall
  • Supervise and coordinate with the outsourced contractor on the daily housekeeping operations and analyse their performance to undertake necessary proposal and action
  • Keep track and monitor daily attendance of vendors and report any shortage of manpower to superior
  • Conduct daily inspection on the cleanliness and defects in the mall as well as to follow up on rectification
  • Support Manager in all housekeeping operations.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess minimum SPM or Certificate/Diploma in Hotel Management and/or have attended Housekeeping related courses
  • Minimum two (2) years of related working experience in a shopping mall, hotel or large facility
  • Female candidates are encouraged to apply

  • Good knowledge in housekeeping processes and procedures
  • Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
