A hospitality organization is seeking a Housekeeping Attendant in Malaysia. You'll provide excellent service to guests, conduct cleaning duties in guest rooms and public areas, and ensure a professional and flexible approach to customer care. Ideal candidates should have a certification in Hospitality or Tourism management and a minimum of 1 year of experience in hotel operations. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
You will be responsible for providing an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for conducting cleaning duties in the assigned guest room and public area, and to provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service to our customers.
Ideally, with certification in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 1 year of work experience in hotel operations. Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
