Responsibilities
  1. Guest Experience & Service Quality
    • Ensure all guests have a positive experience, promptly addressing feedback, requests, and complaints.
    • Oversee guest check-in/check-out procedures, reservations and accommodation assignments.
  2. Operational Management
    • Oversee daily operations and inspection across Front Office, Housekeeping and Food & Beverage.
    • Coordinate with Vendors for maintenance, laundry, catering and other essential services.
  3. Financial & Administrative Duties
    • Support budgeting, revenue management, and cost control activities.
    • Manage stock levels and procurement of supplies.
    • Maintain operational reports, records and documentation.
  4. Human Resource Management
    • Lead, train and motivate a small team to deliver high standards of service.
    • Provide feedback and guidance when necessary.
    • Foster a positive and professional working environment aligned with company values.
  5. Business Development & Marketing
    • Assist in promoting the resort through social media, travel platforms and local partnerships to attract guests.
    • Build and maintain good relationships with clients, event organisers and local communities.
    • Support coordination of small events, retreats or group functions hosted at the resort.
