This is an exciting opportunity to join Nexa Hospitality as a Hotel Manager. As Hotel Manager of the Company, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and driving the overall success of the hotel chain. This is a full-time role based in Subang Jaya, Selangor.

What you’ll be doing

• Driving revenue for a hotel or hospitality establishment. Create and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Manage day-to-day hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance
• Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and financial performance
• Lead and motivate a team of hotel staff, providing coaching and mentorship as needed
• Develop and monitor budgets, ensuring the hotel operates within financial targets
• Liaise with various stakeholders, including guests, suppliers, and regulatory authorities
• Continuously monitor industry trends and implement innovative solutions to enhance the hotel’s competitiveness
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
