The Hotel Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Resorts World Awana, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational efficiency, and adherence to brand standards. This role leads a diverse team across front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, recreation, and facility management to deliver a world‑class resort experience consistent with Resorts World Genting’s hospitality vision.

Job Description

Oversee all hotel operational departments to ensure smooth, efficient, and guest‑focused service delivery. Monitor operational KPIs (occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, guest satisfaction, labor costs, etc.). Ensure compliance with all company policies, SOPs, safety regulations, and brand standards. Drive initiatives to improve guest satisfaction scores through service innovation and continuous improvement. Monitor revenue performance, cost control, and profit optimization across all departments. Analyze financial reports and implement corrective or improvement measures where necessary. Oversee workforce planning, training programs, and performance management. Lead hotel enhancement projects, renovations, and process improvement initiatives. Monitor industry trends and guest preferences to keep the property competitive and innovative.

Job specification

Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
