Responsibilities

  • Analyze training needs and develop training plans.
  • Liaise with HR Manager on training initiatives.
  • Prepare reports on training programs and ROI.

Skills

Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
Proficient in Word and Excel

Strong communication
Fluency in English

Education
