Join the dynamic team as a Hotel Customer Service Representative. In this full‑time position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service in a 24-hour rotational shift environment at our hotel in the vibrant city of Melaka.

What you’ll be doing
  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Efficiently check guests in and out, handle guest inquiries, and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Assist guests with their requests, such as providing information about the hotel and local area, making reservations, and arranging for transportation
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to guest stays and hotel operations
  • Contribute to creating a positive and memorable experience for every guest
  • Collaborate with the wider hotel team to ensure smooth operations and high levels of customer satisfaction
What we’re looking for
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service or hotel front office operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with guests from diverse backgrounds
