Qualifications

• Deep knowledge in computer: Hardware, Software, Data Base, and Networking.
• Well experienced in systems design, analysis and project implementation.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the Property Management System (Opera).
• Ensure PMS is updated as per Corporate IT instructions.
• Assist users with hotel operations and provide technical support.
• Coordinate handling of software fault reports and enhancement requests.
