Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Medical Sales Representative based in Selangor to manage hospital-based accounts and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have a diploma or degree in a related field, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in medical sales, and is proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Responsibilities include building relationships with healthcare professionals, promoting medical products, and providing clinical support. A renewable 12-month contract is offered with competitive salary ranging from RM4,000 to RM5,500.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales.
• Experience in surgical, vascular access, or O&G products is an advantage.
• Computer literate, proactive, and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital-based healthcare professionals.
• Identify new business opportunities and manage existing accounts.
• Present, promote, and demonstrate medical products to medical staff.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales successfully.
• Organize and support CME sessions and trade exhibitions.
• Provide product support in operating theatres.
• Maintain accurate sales records and prepare reports.
