The successful applicant will coordinate project planning, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and manage site supervision.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in M&E project management.
• At least 2 hospital or healthcare projects completed.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, medical gas, nurse call systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and coordination of M&E works.
• Review M&E design to comply with standards.
• Monitor and supervise installation for quality assurance.
• Ensure compliance with hospital safety protocols.
