Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years hospital laboratory experience with management experience.
• Strong knowledge of hospital lab regulations and quality systems.
• Experience in hospital opening or lab setup is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead commissioning and setup of laboratory services and equipment.
• Manage daily laboratory operations and staff.
• Ensure compliance with MOH, PHFSA and CKAP requirements.
• Implement quality management system and laboratory SOPs.
• Manage budget, inventory and vendor performance.
• Work closely with clinicians to support patient care.
