You will support dealers, maintain customer relationships, and achieve financial targets. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years in hire purchase or related fields. Job description

We are seeking a results-driven Hire Purchase Sales Executive to join a leading premium automotive financial services provider.

This role focuses on promoting and selling hire purchase and financial products to customers, while supporting dealer agents to grow sales performance. You will play a key role in driving revenue and enhancing the customer experience across multiple showrooms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive hire purchase sales and achieve financial targets:
    • Hire Purchase Penetration: Min. 43%
    • RV Product Penetration: Min. 15%
    • xEV Product Penetration (EV Cars): Min. 30%
  • Promote financial and insurance products directly to customers.
  • Support dealer agents in increasing vehicle sales through financial product consultation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and customers to convert leads into sales.
  • Prepare accurate finance/lease quotations, process applications, and ensure smooth activations.
  • Provide training and guidance to agents on POS/DTP systems.
  • Maintain compliance with company guidelines and operational processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and deliver excellent service.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in hire purchase sales, financial product sales, or banking/finance industry.
  • Skills & Attributes:
    • Strong sales-oriented mindset with proven results.
    • Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
    • Effective communication in English.
    • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint – advanced).
    • High integrity, resilience, and a team-oriented attitude.
Contract Details & Benefits
  • Contract Duration: 1 Year (renewable based on performance)
  • Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm (1-hour break)
  • Primary Location: Sungai Petani, Kedah
  • Travel Requirements: Kuantan (approx. 4x/year), Langkawi (remote support)
