Job summary

A healthcare service provider in Johor Bahru seeks a Customer Service Representative to manage incoming/outgoing calls and emails while providing expert advice to clients. Qualifications

  • Good command of English (written and spoken) is a must.
  • Mandarin speaking is an advantage.
  • Customer service experience required, preferably in a call centre.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming/outgoing calls and emails within targeted service levels.
  • Act as subject matter expert and provide coverage advice to customers.
  • Work with inter-departments to resolve customers’ enquiries.
