The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the school, overseeing academic quality, operational efficiency, and strategic growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead programme development, financial management, and ensure the profitability of the faculty's programmes.
• Ensure adequate succession planning for key roles within the Faculty.
• Oversee and coordinate all teaching, services, and activities for the Faculty.
• Manage and supervise all academic and administrative staff, as well as communications with parents.
• Ensure that all academic staff provide adequate pastoral care and support.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least a Master's Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a closely related field.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of working experience in the education sector, specifically in a managerial position.
• Must be familiar with the requirements and specifications of academic quality assurance and accreditation bodies.
