We are seeking a dynamic and growth-driven Head of Sales & Marketing to lead the commercial strategy and scale the presence in the F&B technology space.
This role requires a strategic leader with a strong foundation in SaaS and B2B sales, particularly within the F&B domain or related industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Own sales strategy, revenue targets, pipeline, and forecasting
- Drive revenue growth through structured sales processes and methodologies
- Lead and manage Sales, Business Development, and Marketing teams
- Oversee B2B SaaS solution selling and multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Monitor KPIs, conversion rates, and sales performance metrics
- Develop value propositions for F&B operators (restaurants, QSR, chains, cloud kitchens)
- Lead enterprise, mid-market, and key account sales engagements
- Create sales playbooks (solution selling, demos, pricing, objection handling)
- Build and manage GTM initiatives and market expansion strategies
- Establish and grow channel partnerships (POS, payment gateways, ecosystem partners)
- Build demand generation and lead acquisition through marketing channels
- Ensure marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) support sales conversion
- Align sales, marketing, product, and customer success initiatives
- Support pricing strategy, revenue planning, and commercial execution
- Recruit, coach, and develop high-performing commercial teams
Key Requirements
- 8–12+ years of B2B sales or commercial leadership experience
- Proven track record in SaaS solution selling and revenue growth
- Strong sales leadership, team management, and coaching skills
- Expertise in pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue operations
- Experience with GTM strategy, market expansion, and channel partnerships
- Strong understanding of CRM, sales metrics, and performance analytics
- Ability to lead enterprise and multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Experience in demand generation and lead qualification
- Commercially driven, growth-oriented, and data-driven mindset
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic thinker with hands‑on execution capability
- Adaptable and effective in fast-paced, scaling environments
