Lead Nationwide RTM Strategy – FMCG MNC (Malaysia)

We are seeking an experienced RTM professional to lead nationwide RTM strategy for a top FMCG MNC in Malaysia. This role oversees a high‑performing team and has a broad impact across retail channels.

Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the end‑to‑end RTM strategy across all channels nationwide.
  • Oversee in‑store management, including visibility, shelf compliance, and store execution standards.
  • Lead demand forecasting and planning to optimize inventory, supply chain alignment, and stock availability.
  • Drive category management initiatives to maximize sales and margin performance across key categories.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of 5‑10 RTM professionals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and channel performance to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure cohesive execution of business plans.
  • Track and report on key RTM KPIs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 10‑12 years of FMCG experience, with hands‑on RTM leadership and GT Sales in Malaysia.
  • Demonstrated expertise in demand forecasting, category management, and in‑store execution.
  • Proven people‑leadership skills with experience managing a team of 5‑10 professionals.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to travel within Malaysia as required.
