About the Company

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic academic leader to assume the role of Head of Nursing School. The ideal candidate will be an inspiring educator and a skilled administrator with a proven track record in both human resource leadership and academic programme management.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership
    • Develop and implement the strategic plan for the School, in alignment with the college's overall vision.
    • Drive innovation in teaching, learning, and curriculum development.
    • Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement among faculty and staff.
  • Programme Management & Development
    • Oversee the entire portfolio of nursing programmes, from diploma to degree levels.
    • Lead the design, development, and review of curricula to ensure they are market-relevant, innovative, and meet the standards of the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA) and other professional bodies.
    • Monitor academic quality assurance processes and overall programme performance.
    • Identify and launch new, viable programmes that respond to industry trends.
Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Nursing or a closely related field.
  • Registered nurse with the Nursing Board of Malaysia.
  • A minimum of 5 years of clinical practice.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of teaching experience in a tertiary education environment.
  • Demonstrable experience in an academic leadership or management role (e.g., Head of Department, Programme Coordinator).
